We also plan and facilitate live-action trainings such as table-top exercises and scenarios. Debriefs and After Action Reporting
If you have experienced an event and would like to understand more about what happened and why, and learn how to prevent or minimize other events in the future, we can help. We have extensive experience in conducting interview-based research and data compilation and knowledge dissemination. This means we will talk to those who were affected, review policy, conduct a gap analysis, create comprehensive and concise reporting, and make actionable recommendations.

Communities are at the heart of what we do. If you are unsure about what a community needs or wants, we can help. Our expert researchers will engage with community members and conduct targeted research to determine needs and expectations, review similar case histories and precedents, and compile our findings into actionable recommendations that you can use to ensure everyone is supported and their needs are not just met, but exceeded.

Documentation and Planning
Every municipality, organization, or group should have detailed emergency action plans. Whether you are starting from scratch or just need a review, we can help. Beginning with preparedness and moving through to response and recovery, we will create documentation and procedure that covers everything from staffing and logistics to business continuity - or just focuses on the piece that you feel is missing. If you are planning a large event and need help writing the ERP or working with local police on safety plans, we can act as liaison and assist you with public safety planning.

Host Community and Evacuee Preparedness
Evacuation preparation is one of our specialties. If you are a host community - meaning you are expecting to host evacuees - there are a myriad of things you will need to do to get ready. If you are a community that requires evacuation, you will need support. We work at this intersection, and we can help both groups plan and prepare for this major event.
